What badge should I choose?
Choose an Attendee Badge if you are attending the conference for technical sessions, training, networking, and industry discussions. This badge is ideal for cement producers, engineers, researchers, consultants, and industry partners who are not exhibiting. Discount rates for members of either American Cement Association (ACA) or IEEE-IAS. This badge will allow access to the Exhibit Hall ONLY during Exhibit Hall hours (i.e., lunches, receptions, etc.). Local cement plant staff (Cemex and Titan in the Miami area) may get a 1 day (and only for 1 day) pass (company email must be used and ACA staff will verify).
Choose an Exhibitor Badge if your company is exhibiting at the conference and you need full-day access to the exhibit hall. This badge also allows you to attend technical sessions but is intended primarily for booth staff. Once booth payment has been received, exhibitors may register their complimentary badge(s)—one (1) per 10’×10’ booth or two (2) per 10’×20’ booth—and may also purchase Extra Exhibitor Badges.
Choose a Spouse/Partner Badge if you are accompanying an attendee or exhibitor. This badge includes spouse/partner activities, breakfasts, and select social events, but does not provide full access to technical sessions or the exhibit hall.
Choose an Academic Badge if you are a student or professor, please use your school/university email. Eligibility requirements apply and may require verification.
Choose a Media Badge if you are a credentialed member of the media. Eligibility requirements apply and may require verification.
Key Registration Deadlines

Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations received by April 10, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund, minus a $150 processing fee
No refunds after April 10, 2026.
Substitutions from the same company are permitted at any time
Medical emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; documentation may be required
Registration Rates for Attendees
Member (ACA or IEEE): Early-Bird: $950 | Standard: $1,150
Local Cement Producer (under ACA Member) – One-Day Registration (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday): $250
Available to cement producers located within two hours driving distance of the conference venue (i.e., Cemex Miami Plant and Titan Pennsuco Plant). Eligibility will be verified. You must use your company email to register.
Nonmember: Early-Bird: $1,150 | Standard: $1,350
Academic Registration (Student or Professor): $30
Must register using a valid university email address
Media Registration: $95 Subject to verification
Spouse/Partner Registration: $450
Can be added at the end of an Attendee or Exhibitor registration. Restrictions apply.
Registration Rates for Exhibitors
Exhibitor badges are available only to companies that have already purchased exhibit space.

Add-On Fees (Additional Cost)
The following program elements require an additional fee and advance registration:
Process Training Modules: $100. There are three modules (3-4 hours each)
Cement Mixers: $50. Previously called the Roundtable held in the morning, these 1-hour interactive discussions are now in the afternoon. Each have a capacity of 200 registrants.
Cemex Miami Plant Tour: $50. Two tours are available and each have a capacity of 100 registrants. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
