PCA has secured a small block of hotel rooms at the Arlo DC Hotel, across the street from the PCA office, for $339/night plus taxes. Arlo DC is a new hotel (opened Nov. 2024). Please use this link to book your hotel reservation before March 10, 2025. If the room block sells out, we encourage members to continue to try to book at the Arlo DC Hotel using PCA’s corporate rate link to receive a discounted hotel room. Alternatively, PCA has a negotiated corporate rate at the Royal Sonesta DC. We understand everyone has a choice of where to stay, and we have provided additional hotels near the PCA office listed below.

Travel Information

Airport: The closest airport is the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The second closest airport is the Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), located approximately 27 miles from the PCA offices. Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is located approximately 32 miles from the host hotel.

Transportation: A taxi from DCA will cost approximately $25 (one way). A taxi from IAD will cost approximately $80 (one way). A taxi from BWI will cost approximately $90 (one way).

If you are walking from a nearby hotel or being dropped off via a ride-share service the PCA Office address is: 200 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC 20001. Upon arrival, please enter the 200 Massachusetts Avenue building which is adjacent to the 250 Mass Ave. building. Proceed to the Front Desk/Security and give your name. They will grant you access to the 200 Conference Center.

Drivers/Parking

Our “sister” building is 250 Massachusetts Avenue, NW. You will want to park underneath that building. The parking garage entrance is located at the intersection of 3^rd St. NW and G St. NW. Once parked, please take the 250 Bldg. elevator to the 1st floor, and walk across the courtyard to the 200 Massachusetts Avenue building. Give your name to the Front Desk/Security person. They will grant you access to the 200 Conference Center.

GETTING TO LIMANI FOR DINNER APRIL 2:

For guests utilizing Uber/Lyft ride sharing services, please consult the map below to acquaint yourself with Washington DC’s waterfront, The Wharf.

Drop Off:

Limani is located at 670 Wharf St. on the DC waterfront. However, Wharf Street is for pedestrians only. That said, please have your ride share driver drop you off at 676 Maine Avenue, SW, near Milk & Honey Restaurant and The Oculus St. Once there, walk towards the water and to the left. Limani is a multi-story building on the right over the water. Our event will be on the second floor in the Dandelion room.

Pick Up:

From Limani, walk to the right halfway down Riley St. until you see the port cochere of the Pendry Hotel on the right side. Please have your ride share driver pick you up at The Pendry Hotel, 655 Water St SW, Washington, DC 20024. Note: Water St. does not show up on the map because the hotel is built over it.
