Events take place at 200 Massachusetts Ave., NW, PCA Conference Center, with the exception of the following:
- Capitol Hill Meetings (Tuesday at the U.S. Senate and Wednesday at the U.S. House of Representatives)
- Lunch (Wednesday at Capitol Hill Club)
- Dinner (Wednesday at Limani)
