PCA has secured a room block for the PCA Board of Directors Meeting being held December 3, 2024. Guests' room reservations in PCA’s sleeping room block can be made individually through the hotel reservations department by calling 800/947-7578 and mentioning “PCA Board of Directors Meeting” or through this hotel link. Our negotiated reduced sleeping room rate is $239 plus taxes. There is a daily mandatory charge which includes: a 1.25% S.A. T.P.I.D. Fee. 

The deadline to make hotel room reservations under the room block at our group rate is Monday, November 18.

Sleeping Room Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

• All reservations are required to pay 1 night room, tax & surcharge at the time of booking. There is a 24-hour prior to arrival cancellation period for all reservations to avoid forfeiture of the one-night deposit.
