PCA Board of Directors Members - Join us for the 2024 PCA Fall Board of Director's Meeting with Annual Meeting and PCA Education Foundation Meeting.  Activities on Monday, December 2, 2024, and Tuesday, December 3, 2024, in San Antonio, TX at the Hilton Palacio Del Rio Hotel. 

The tentative schedule (subject to change) is as follows:

Monday, December 2 6:15 pm dinner at Bohanans (offsite).  Transportation will be provided (leaving hotel at 6pm).

Tuesday, December 3

Breakfast: 7:15-8am
PCA Annual Meeting: 8-8:15am
PCA Board of Directors Meeting: 8:00 am-4:50 pm
PCA Education Foundation Meeting: 4:50-5:00 pm
Spouse/Partner activity TBD
Informal dinner at Rosarios Comidamex and Bar: 6:15pm - less than 1/2 mile away, in walking distance.

The meeting takes place at the Hilton Palacio Del Rio Hotel, 200 S. Alamo St., San Antonio, TX 78205.  We are pleased to offer premium rooms in our room block that include river views on higher floors.
