PCA has secured a room block for Monday and Tuesday nights, September 9-10, 2024, for the 2024 PCA Winter Environment and Energy Committee Meeting. Please note that the Spokane, Washington International Airport is the best option for flights. It is located 40 minutes from the resort. Guests’ North Wing room reservations in PCA’s sleeping room block can be made individually through the hotel reservations department by calling 888-965-6542 (Option 1) and mentioning either “PCA Environment and Energy Committee” or block code “Environment24,” or through this hotel link https://reservations.travelclick.com/114393?groupID=4388739. Our negotiated sleeping room rate is $275 plus 8.4% tax and 6% surcharge/night per room. The deadline to make hotel room reservations under the room block at our group rate is Thursday, August 8.

All pre and post dates are subject to availability in order to receive the discounted rate*

Sleeping Room Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

• All reservations are required to pay 1 night room, tax & surcharge at the time of booking. There is a 7 day prior to arrival cancellation period for all reservations to avoid forfeiture of the one-night deposit.

Additional Information:

• The room, tax & surcharge will be pre-paid at the time of check-in. Early check-outs must be confirmed at the time of check-in. Changes made after that time will result in a forfeiture of the room, tax & surcharge pre-payment and will not be refunded.
• “No Show” reservations will be charged the cost of the entire stay to the guest credit card on file as a cancellation fee.
