ACA has secured a limited block of hotel rooms at the Arlo DC Hotel, across the street from the ACA office, for $299/night plus taxes. Hotel rooms in the ACA room block will not be charged the "Urban Fee." Please use this link to book your hotel reservation before May 12, 2026. We expect the room block to sell out. Travel/Parking Information
Airport: The closest airport is the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The second closest airport is the Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), located approximately 27 miles from the ACA office and host hotel. Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is located approximately 32 miles from the ACA office and host hotel.
Transportation: A taxi from DCA will cost approximately $25 (one way). A taxi from IAD will cost approximately $80 (one way). A taxi from BWI will cost approximately $90 (one way).

Non-Drivers
If you are walking from a nearby hotel or being dropped off via a ride-share service the ACA Office address is: 200 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC 20001. Upon arrival, please enter the 200 Massachusetts Avenue building which is adjacent to the 250 Mass Ave. building. Proceed to the Front Desk/Security and give your name. They will grant you access to the 200 Conference Center.
Drivers/Parking
Our “sister” building is 250 Massachusetts Avenue, NW. You will want to park underneath that building. The parking garage entrance is located at the intersection of 3rd St. NW and G St. NW. Once parked, please take the 250 Bldg. elevator to the 1st floor, and walk across the courtyard to the 200 Massachusetts Avenue building. Give your name to the Front Desk/Security person. They will grant you access to the 200 Conference Center.
Note: The parking garage for 200 and 250 Massachusetts Avenue buildings is also the garage used by Arlo Hotel Guests.
Ride Share & Arrival Instructions – Bobby Van’s Grill (NY Ave, Washington, DC)
For guests utilizing Uber or Lyft ride sharing services, please review the directions below to familiarize yourself with the area around New York Avenue and 12th Street NW.
Drop Off:
Bobby Van’s Grill is located at 1201 New York Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20005, at the corner of 12th Street NW and New York Avenue NW.
Please have your ride share driver drop you directly at the main entrance on 12th Street NW. The restaurant entrance is clearly marked and accessible from street level.
Pick Up:
When departing, please request your ride share pick-up at 1201 New York Avenue NW (12th Street NW entrance). Both New York Avenue and 12th Street NW allow vehicle access, so direct curbside pick-up is available.
Walking Distance:
The restaurant is approximately a 6–8 minute walk (about 0.3 miles) from 200 Massachusetts Ave NW and nearby downtown hotels, making it an easy walk in normal weather conditions.
Traffic Note:
Weekday traffic in downtown Washington, DC can be heavy between 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM. Guests using ride share services are encouraged to allow extra travel time. Walking is often faster than driving during peak rush hour.
