Hotel and Travel: 2026 ACA Winter Environment and Energy (E&E) Committee Meeting

The ACA discounted nightly room rate is $249 plus tax for single/double occupancy per night.

The deadline to request a room within the ACA room block is Monday, February 9, 2026. Please note that the block may sell out prior to the deadline. Rooms are first-come, first-reserved. Additional room night requests beyond the contracted dates are based on hotel availability and may be offered at a different rate. We have requested extra rooms on the front and back end of the event; however, if you are unable to book all nights needed for your stay online using the hotel button above, please call the hotel directly to request those additional nights, or please notify events@cement.org

All hotel reservations will require an advance deposit equal to one night’s rate plus taxes. Reservations must be fully cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee.

Ground Transportation:

The Francis Marion Hotel is approximately 11 miles or approximately 17-20 minutes depending on traffic from the Charleston International Airport (CHS). For those of you arriving by air, the following alternatives for ground transportation are available:

Renting a car (cost varies by car rental company)
Taxi (cost estimated at $35-40 USD/one way)
Ride-Sharing through Uber or Lyft (cost estimated at $35-45 USD/one way – prices vary based on time of day and demand)

Parking:

Self-Parking: Self-parking is available at the City of Charleston owned parking garage adjacent to the hotel and is currently $1.00 each 20 minutes with a maximum daily rate of $24.00 per day. Parking is based on garage availability. The day starts and ends at midnight for billing purposes. Parking is limited for over-sized vehicles and roof top carriers.
Valet Parking: $40 + tax per night and is billed directly to your guest room. Valet service are available at any time on the day of arrival, include unlimited in and out privileges,
