The ACA discounted nightly room rate is $139 plus tax for single/double occupancy per night. 

Please note that the room block may sell out prior to the deadline. Rooms are first-come, first-reserved. Additional room night requests beyond the contracted dates are based on hotel availability and may be offered at a different rate. We have requested extra rooms on the front and back end of the event; however, if you are unable to book all nights needed for your stay online using the hotel button above, please call Sarah Burke (816)221-700 ext. 3352. All hotel reservations will require an advance deposit equal to one night’s rate plus taxes. 

Ground Transportation:

The Hotel Philips, Curio Collection by Hilton is located approximately 19 miles (about 20 - 25 minutes, depending on traffic) from Kansas City International Airport (MCI).

For those arriving by air, the following ground transportation options are available:

  • Rental Car: Rates vary by rental car company

  • Taxi: Estimated at $43 - 50 USD (one way)

  • Ride-Sharing (Uber or Lyft): Estimated at $39 - 50 USD (one way); pricing varies based on time of day and demand.

Parking:

The hotel does not offer self-parking, however, there are independent parking garages within a 1-block radius of the hotel and their prices vary.

Valet parking service is available for $45.00/Overnight, $24.00/Temporary Parking.

Meeting Cancellation Policy: Meeting cancellations must be sent in writing to ACA at events@cement.org. Written requests for meeting cancellation refunds received by November 23, 2026, (10 business days prior to the meeting) are entitled to a full refund, minus a processing fee of $150. No meeting cancellation refunds will be granted after November 23, 2026. Requests for registration substitutions must be made prior to November 23.
