The ACA discounted nightly room rate is $149 plus tax for single/double occupancy per night.
Please note that the room block may sell out prior to the deadline. Rooms are first-come, first-reserved. Additional room night requests beyond the contracted dates are based on hotel availability and may be offered at a different rate. We have requested extra rooms on the front and back end of the event; however, if you are unable to book all nights needed for your stay online using the hotel button above, please call the hotel directly to request those additional nights, or please notify events@cement.org
All hotel reservations will require an advance deposit equal to one night’s rate plus taxes.
Ground Transportation:
The Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas is located approximately 7 miles (about 15 - 20 minutes, depending on traffic) from Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) and approximately 18 miles (about 25 - 30 minutes, depending on traffic) from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).
For those arriving by air, the following ground transportation options are available:

Taxi: Estimated at $25 - 35 USD (one way) from DAL and $45 - 60 USD (one way) from DFW.

Ride-Sharing (Uber or Lyft): Estimated at $25 - 40 USD (one way) from DAL and $45 - 65 USD (one way) from DFW; pricing varies based on time of day and demand.
Parking:
Parking is available via valet service only at a rate of $61.00 per day; self-parking and EV charging are not available, while secured, covered parking with in/out privileges is offered.

Meeting Cancellation Policy:
Meeting cancellations must be sent in writing to ACA at events@cement.org. Written requests for meeting cancellation refunds received by March 2, 2026, (10 business days prior to the meeting) are entitled to a full refund, minus a processing fee of $150. No meeting cancellation refunds will be granted after March 2, 2026. Requests for registration substitutions must be made prior to March 2.
