Lindsey Geiger is an experienced sustainability professional specializing in energy and environmental issues related to cement manufacturing. She supports industry efforts to achieve carbon neutrality by evaluating data across the value chain and translating complex metrics into digestible narratives. Lindsey has led initiatives on alternative fuels, blended cements, and carbon capture, while fostering collaboration with national laboratories, standards organizations, and allied associations. Lindsey brings extensive experience leading programs and projects that advance carbon neutrality, energy efficiency, and resilient design across multiple sectors. Before joining ACA, she developed education programs and authored coursework on embodied carbon and life cycle assessment at the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure. At the American Water Works Association, she managed infrastructure projects aiding underserved communities throughout the United States. Her construction background spans implementation of sustainability practices as a project engineer, including oversight of LEED compliance on large-scale projects. She also offers a global perspective shaped by three years of U.S. Peace Corps service in Mali, West Africa, where she designed and delivered water protection projects.
