Jeffrey Whidden has been President of CR Minerals since 2014 where he has led the company into the cementitious materials industry. During his tenure, CR Minerals constructed a new facility dedicated to the production of pozzolan materials and has worked with numerous cement companies in developing blended cement products for the market. Jeff has over 30 years of engineering, consulting and business experience across various material industries with a focus on construction materials. Prior roles have included senior management positions at major vertically integrated companies as well as past positions in management and environmental consulting organizations. Jeff is a two-time Past President of the Natural Pozzolan Association (NPA) and takes an active role in ASTM C09 specifically as it pertains to supplementary cementitious materials. Jeff has an MBA from Yale University as well as an MS (Earth Sciences) and BS (Geological Engineering) from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
