Dr. Srinivas Garimella is Senior Director of Additive Manufacturing at Pall Corporation, where he leads the development and commercialization of products enabled by advanced 3D printing technologies in the Energy+ business. Since joining Pall in October 2021, he has focused on translating additive manufacturing from R&D to scalable, customer ready solutions.
Before Pall, Srinivas held leadership roles across industry and consulting – spanning aerospace, electrical, metals processing, and industrial manufacturing sectors. At Regal Rexnord, he shaped the innovation strategy for the $1.4B Process and Motion Control platform as its de facto CTO. At Eaton, as Global Head of Additive Manufacturing, he launched and scaled the Additive Manufacturing Center of Excellence, enabling production of 3D-printed components for Aerospace and Electrical customers, and transferring the AM know-how to the businesses. Earlier at Alcoa, he drove breakthrough aluminum processing technologies with significant financial impact. At Deloitte, he led engagements in manufacturing strategy, operations transformation, lean initiatives, and M&A integration.
Srinivas holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, graduating top of his class and receiving the Outstanding Academic Accomplishment award.
