Ryan Hendrickson is the Sales & Marketing Manager at Mt. Savage Specialty Refractories, where he leads commercial strategy and customer support across a wide range of industrial markets, with an emphasis on cement & lime and iron & steel. With 15 years in the refractory industry across North American and international markets, he brings a practical, customer-focused approach rooted in field experience and measurable results.

In his role, he leads and develops a high-performing sales team, overseeing sales operations, key accounts, and growth initiatives. He is especially engaged in performance-driven monolithic solutions and shotcrete maintenance programs that help customers reduce downtime, improve safety, and lower refractory costs.

He holds a B.S. in Business Management from Penn State University with a focus on International Business. He has served on the CIC committee for four years, including as Co-Chair of the New Professionals Group, and also contributes as a member of the Paper Review Committee and the General Practices Working Group.
