Guillaume Francaux is the Founder and CEO of Insens, providing predictive maintenance and energy management for industrial rotating machines. With a Master’s in Civil Engineering specializing in Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics—spanning studies in Belgium and South Korea—complemented by a second Master’s in Management Science, Guillaume bridges the gap between deep technical theory and operational reality. Since founding Insens in 2019, he has personally piloted every role within the company, from R&D strategy to sales and product architecture. He firmly believes in leading by example: before opening any new position, Guillaume executes the role himself to ensure its feasibility and strategic value.
